We had half of our septic system back up. John Abbott came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged distribution box. Another company had advised that we’d need to use the repair area to install an entirely new leachfield. John and his crew promptly installed new distribution boxes, cleaned out distribution pipes, got the project inspected by the county health department, and refilled and put down sod where the distribution boxes were located. Prompt, personable, knowledgeable, great crew and, importantly, a very fair price for the work done. I would highly recommend John.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our sump pump motor went out Saturday morning. I left four messages with different companies hoping to have someone call me back before Monday morning. John Abbott was the only one that called me back and within the hour. He came out a few hours later to diagnose the problem. The job was completed on time as promised for 200 dollars less than another another local septic company. Excellent value, great customer service and the most experienced professionals that know and enjoy their trade and are willing to share their knowledge to educate their customer. We had a different company conduct the septic inspection as part of the home buying process. They quoted almost $1000 for the simple replacement of a plastic lid and three float switches. Abbott's got it done right for 2/3 that price. Abbott's is now my go to for all septic related issues.

Abbotts just today completed a repair and replacement of our septic pump. Mr. Abbott visited our home yesterday to provide the assessment and estimate. Today he and his crew arrived mid-day and completed the replacement of the pump, replaced all the wiring, floats, pipes and brought the system back to specification. The work was completed by 4PM, the yard and trenching was leveled and ready for reseeding. The cost was exactly as estimated. They exceeded all my expectations, and we were thankful for their professionalism.

Even though we've been on well and septic for 30 years we have rarely had a problem with our system. Recently we noticed that there was a great deal of water pooling in our backyard down from the drain field. Even though it's been a very tropical summer with lots of rain, we didn't believe that this over abundance of water was due to just the rain. John came out and diagnosed the problem and walked us through the procedure to replace the septic boxes and stop the flow of water into the yard. While awaiting health department paperwork, our basement flooded as a result of the problems with the drain field. John arranged to get emergency care until we got the permits from the health department , and did a home visit after hours. He is extremely professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend his work to anybody.. He knows what he's doing and you will be 110% satisfied.
